Truckers are planning a major work stoppage at the Port of Oakland Monday morning.
The Port's Truckers Association said it's in protest of unsafe working conditions and unfair labor practices by terminal owners and management.
Their demands include a green emissions fee to offset the cost of new emissions stands and compensation for hours they spend waiting to unload at the port.
