A Washington heavy-hitter will be in San Francisco this week, and if you're willing to shell out the cash, you'll get to hob-knob with him.
Vice President Joe Biden will be at the Bently Reserve on Wednesday for a fundraising luncheon, according to organizers. If you're interested in snapping up a ticket, the luncheon will cost you $2,500. For $5,000 you'll get admission to both the luncheon and a photo reception. For $7,500 a couple will get admission into both events, and for $10,000 a couple will get that plus a pre-reception clutch with the vice president.
In March, First Lady Michelle Obama scheduled to come to town. Donors will need to shell out $10,000. For that you can get in to see both the Biden and Mrs. Obama.
And then sometime soon after, President Barack Obama will visit San Francisco for a fundraiser as well.
A campaign contribution note - the first $5,000 from each donor goes to the Obama Victory Fund 2012 -- $2,500 for the primary election and $2,500 for the general election. Anything above that goes to the Democratic National Committee.
