Walker Discovers Body in Baldwin Park

 A body was found in Concord's Baldwin Park Tuesday morning, and  investigators are treating the death as a homicide, a police lieutenant said.
 
The body was found shortly after 6 a.m. by someone taking a walk on a paved path in the park, located in the 2700 block of Parkside Circle, Concord police Lt. Jim Lardieri said.
 
Officers arrived and found the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim appeared to have suffered some sort of trauma to the  head and possibly the upper torso, Lardieri said.
 
The victim's identity has not been released.
 
No arrests have been made and no suspect information was  immediately available, he said.
