Woman, 23, Arrested in SJ's 43rd Homicide

San Jose police have arrested a 23-year-old woman in connection with the city's 43rd homicide, though they said they are still looking for more suspects in the case.

In a press release issued Friday, police said they arrested Rebecca Michelle Villanueva of San Jose in connection with the Nov. 30 death of Daniel Capetillo, 17.  Detectives believe the homicide was gang motivated.

Detectives also believe that Villanueva did not act alone and that her accomplices are still at-large.

Villanueva was found about 11:30 p.m. in the 900 block of Pacific Avenue. When they got there, they found that Daniel  had been fatally shot.
