Woman Struck, Killed by Own Vehicle



    Link confirmed day before shootings

     A woman who was killed Saturday afternoon when she was hit by her  own vehicle in Oakland has been identified by the Alameda County coroner's  bureau as Janice Stalcup.  

    At about 3:35 p.m., Stalcup exited her vehicle in the 5800 block  of Bagshotte Drive, police said.

    The vehicle rolled back and hit her, pinning her to the ground,  police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

    The 63-year-old woman was from Oakland.
