Firefighters had good news to share Thursday on the Wragg Fire in Napa and Solano counties: It was 100 percent contained.

The fire, off Highway 128 near Lake Berryessa, had charred about 8,000 acres and destroyed just handful of buildings.

The fire started July 22 and its cause is under investigation, Cal Fire officials said.

As of Thursday, there were about two dozen wildfires raging through California, with the largest one called the Rocky Fire in Lake County, south of Mendocino.
