Cooler and a few scattered showers
Folks needed umbrellas and raincoats to get in and out of church in the South Bay and across the Bay Area Sunday.
Forecasters said we could expect light showers, but it felt more like real rain in the 11 o'clock hour in San Jose.
The 49er Raider game also started under rainy skies in San Francisco. Lots of seats were empty at the kickoff as people ducked the drops and coaches on the sidelines put on their team slickers.
Skies were supposed to clear in the afternoon hours.
The rainy Sunday follows a week of sunshine and warmth.
The cooling trend is supposed to continue Monday with the chance of sprinkles for the morning commute.
