College students at the University of Kent in Southeast England are proposing the construction of a 250-foot statue of former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.
The statue would be created in iron -- in tribute to Thatcher's reputation as "The Iron Lady" -- and would stand almost twice as tall as the Statue of Liberty. That is, if the project goes through.
It would cost roughly $425 million dollars and the students plan to raise money through a crowdfunding campaign.
