The world's tallest man is off the market. Turkey's Sultan Kosen (8-foot-3) married Syrian woman Mervi Dibo (5-foot-9), whom he called "the love of my life." Kosen has been recognized as the world's tallest man by the Guiness Book of World Records since 2009.

The world's tallest man is off the market.

Sultan Kosen, who stands 8-foot-3, married Syrian Mervi Dibo Saturday in his native Turkey. Kosen called Dibo, who stands approximately 5-foot-9, "the love of my life."

He has been recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's tallest man since 2009.

Kosen is one of 10 known people in the world over 8-feet tall
