Clinton Talks College Costs in N.H.

Hillary Clinton says the Republican presidential field failed to mention "one word" about making college affordable during last week's GOP debate.

Clinton is pitching her new $350 billion plan to address higher education costs and student debt during a town hall meeting in New Hampshire.

She singled out Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, telling voters that he delighted in slashing money for higher education in his state.

Clinton says the Republican presidential candidate rejected legislation in Wisconsin that would allow student loan payments to be deducted from income taxes.

The Wisconsin legislation, however, has not yet made it to Walker's desk.

Clinton says, "I don't know why he wants to raise taxes on students — that's the result."
