Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair visited Saddleback Church Sunday to discuss his work in the Middle East peace process.
Blair also discussed the Tony Blair Faith Foundation with the Saddleback Pastor Rick Warren, the best-selling author of “The Purpose Driven Life,” at the Civic Forum on Peace in a Globalized Economy.
“We are honored to have Tony Blair join us for this civil forum,” said Warren. ”I am looking forward to engaging in discussion regarding how government, business and the church can continue to help efforts toward peace.”
Warren seeks to rally millions of Christians globally to help the poor and sick, as well as improve education, according to the church.
