Louie Sanchez and Marvin Norwood are charged in the attack, which left Stow hospitalized for months. Stow is now at a rehabilitation facility in the Bay area after his release from the hospital in October.

The scheduled hearing will come about a year after Stow was attacked after an opening day game between the LA Dodgers and San Francisco Giants. The Bay area paramedic encountered Sanchez and Norwood in the parking lot after the game, according to investigators.

Sanchez and Norwood were arrested in July. They are charged with mayhem, assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury and battery with serious bodily injury, all felonies. The criminal complaint also alleges that Sanchez was involved in attacks on two other people at the stadium on Opening Day.

Both men pleaded not guilty.
