Davis, the No.11 overall pick out of Rutgers, will sign a five-year deal. He was one of two offensive linemen signed in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft by the 49ers. Bowman, a linebacker out of Penn State and 3rd round selection, will sign a four-year contract.  Hard hitting USC conerback Mays will also sign a 4 year contract.

With these three coming to terms, the 49ers are left with only one draft pick left to sign, Mike Iupati, the No.17 pick overall out of Idaho.

In recent years, the 49ers have been criticized by the lack of strength on there offensive line. The two O-Linemen chosen by the 49ers in the first round look to give added protection to QB Alex Smith and star running back Frank Gore.
