Al Davis and the NFL Finally Work Together

The Oakland Raiders really want to be on television this weekend. And for once the NFL and Al Davis are trying to do something together.

The No Fun League has extended the deadline 24 hours for the team to sell out Sunday's game against bitter rivals the Kansas City Chiefs. The team must sell the stadium out by the deadline to avoid being blacked out on television again.

For their part, the Raiders are doing all they can to get fans to scale Mt. Davis. The Raiders are selling two tickets for the price of one.

That beats paying higher ticket prices to see what can only be described as an inferior product across the bay these days. The Raiders are 4-4 on the season and within striking distance of taking over the lead in the AFC West.
