Aldridge: Disabling Social Media ‘Had Nothing to Do With' Warriors Loss

On Monday night against the Warriors, LaMarcus Aldridge scored a season-low five points. He made just 2-of-9 shots and turned the ball over three times.

Following the 30-point loss, he disabled his Twitter and Instagram accounts.

On Wednesday night against Houston, he bounced back in a big way -- 25 points (9-for-13 FG), 10 rebounds, five assists.

“I just wanted to lock in,” Aldridge told reporters after the 130-99 victory. “It had nothing to do with that game.”

After the loss to Golden State, Aldridge said he was disappointed in himself because he felt like he "had a matchup" against Draymond Green.

So against the Rockets, Aldridge "wanted to be better than I was the last game."

The Warriors play in San Antonio on March 19 and April 10, and host the Spurs on April 7.
