The Bay Area grandma who made headlines after her snag at a recent giants game is stopping by Bethenny today.

You may have heard about the catch Virginia Smith made during last week's game at AT&T Park.

The 78-year-old from Santa Rosa made the grab in the stands which earned her instant fame with Giants announcers.

Later she gained national attention after sportscasters from across the country saw the highlight.

Smith had the famous ball and her glove in hand when she visited the talk show host during taping.

She gave Bethenny a big hug and then sat down for a chat.

Then Bethenny had a big surprise for the Giants fan – World Series tickets.

Bethenny airs every day at 3 p.m. right here on NBC Bay Area.
