Deja Vu: Sharks Lose in OT

Tired legs or sloppy play?  Perhaps a combination of both.  Whatever the reason, the Sharks lost for the second straight night in overtime.  The latest setback came in Dallas, when San Jose blew a two goal lead with less than three minutes remaining in the game.  The result...a 5-4 overtime loss.

"We need to show more composure down the stretch," Sharks coach Todd McLellan said after his team's third overtime loss in the past six games.  "That's two nights in a row.  It's disappointing."

The Stars' James Neal and Mike Ribeiro scored withing 28 seconds of each other to tie the game with just a couple minutes remaining.  Once in OT, Ribeiro sent the crowd home happy.

"We have to play 60 minutes and if we don't, things will go the other way quickly," said forward Patrick Marleau.  "We play a great game for most of the game, it's just not staying focused and finishing it out."

The Sharks have a day to lick their wounds, before hosting Columbus on Saturday night at the Shark Tank.
