Spearhead front man Michael Franti may hail originally from Oakland but the singer's allegiances cross the Bay.

The singer has reworked his hit single "I Love You" as an ode to the World Champion San Francisco Giants.

The song features a shout out to the Giants superstars such as Tim Lincecum and of course an homage to the "Fear the Beard" rally cry.

The chorus goes a little something like this:

My mam told me, I'm proud to say, the Giants are the team representing the bay. And I know one thing that I love you.
