The Raiders indecision on who should stay or leave the team goes beyond the playing field.

Monday the Raiders turned to Twitter to help find their newest team players. And if you're 320 pounds and can run a 4.3 40 stay at home.

But if you look Megan Fox and can dance like Jennifer Lopez during her Fly Girls days then make sure to be at the Hilton Oakland Airport Hotel at 8 a.m. on April 11.

The Oakland Raiders are looking for the next great team of Raiderettes. Candidates must be 18-years-old and able to dedicate all their cheer allegiances to the Raiders. Al Davis won't have any of his women two timing him with another team -- professional or amateur.

There will be no dance auditions at the first meeting but women are asked to dress in appropriate attire. That means short shorts, skirts and "daytime dresses" of course.

The deadline to register is April 2.
