Matt Emmons, of Browns Mills, New Jersey, is a three-time Olympic medalist. However, Emmons is not the only Olympian in his household, having married Olympic shooter Katerina Kurkova after the two met at the 2004 Athens Games. Emmons was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2010.
