The Raiders and Jets game is blacked out on TV in the Bay Area. Join the conversation and follow along with our live notes from the Coliseum.
Oakland Raiders receiver Chaz Schilens is inactive against the New York Jets after he was supposed to return this week.
Schilens has been out all season with a foot injury. He did not finish practice Friday because of soreness. Also inactive Sunday for Oakland are offensive linemen Robert Gallery, Cornell Green and Langston Walker; running back Darren McFadden and receiver Nick Miller.
New York (3-3) takes this season’s first trip to the West Coast on Sunday to face the Raiders (2-4), who are full of confidence following last week’s home win over the Philadelphia Eagles. Both teams are wearing their AFL throwback jerseys.
