SAN JOSE, CA - APRIL 29: San Jose Sharks fans celebrate after the Sharks scored their first goal against the Detroit Red Wings in Game One. They hope the celebrating continues tonight.

San Jose Sharks coach Todd McLellan says his team needs to put a blowout loss in Game 4 behind them quickly before it snowballs into an even bigger problem.

The Sharks returned to the ice Friday for an optional skate a day after losing 7-1 to the Detroit Red Wings in Game 4 of their second-round series.

San Jose still leads the series 3-1 and can close it out with a win at home in Game 5 on Saturday night. Only two teams in NHL history have ever rallied back from a 3-0 deficit to win a series, with the New York Islanders doing it to Pittsburgh in 1975 and Toronto pulling off the feat against Detroit in 1942.

The Sharks watched tape of the Game 4 loss and blamed a lack of hard work and forechecking for the defeat.

The game can be seen live in the Bay Area tonight at 7 on CSN .
