U.S. Attacker Bowen Won't Play in Men's Water Polo Finale

U.S. attacker Alex Bowen will not play in the country's last men's water polo game in the Rio de Janeiro Olympics due to "unsporting conduct," according to FINA.

Moments after Montenegro scored a late goal in Friday's 8-5 win over the United States, Bowen launched the ball out of the pool in frustration.

The U.S. also will be without Alex Roelse for Sunday's matchup with Italy after he received a brutality penalty in the loss to Montenegro. Assistant coach Jack Kocur was suspended for one match after he received a red card in Friday's loss.

The U.S. has just one win in its first four games.
