The San Francisco Giants made the following roster moves prior to tonight's game against the St. Louis Cardinals:
OF Gregor Blanco (#7) has been reinstated from the 15-day disabled list.
- He missed 22 games with right shoulder impingement.
- Has made 56 starts this season (18 in left field, 13 in center and 25 in right).
- Is 7-for-32 (.219) with a HR and three walks as a pinch-hitter this year...hit .320 (8-for-25) last season as a pinch-hitter.
