Carr Leaves Game Vs Broncos With Injury

DENVER – Raiders quarterback Derek Carr got hurt in Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos, reaching for his lower back after taking a body-wrenching hit late in the third quarter.

EJ Manuel replaced Carr under center.

The pocket collapsed around the signal caller and Shelby Harris got in the first lick. Carr spun out of it, and Derek Wolfe dragged him down by the neck.

Carr stayed on the turf for an extended stretch and was examined for an extended stretch. He headed to the locker room a few moments later.

The Raiders announced the injury is to his back and his return to the game against the Broncos is questionable.

This is a developing story. Stay tuned for updates.
