The Oakland mayor’s office confirmed Tuesday morning that a framework deal has been reached to keep the Raiders in Oakland.
Mayor Libby Schaaf has reached a framework with a group led by ex-NFL player Ronnie Lott.
According to Schaaf’s office she will be meeting with representatives from the county and the city council in a closed session over the next few days.
