Sharks Hold Fourth-best Cup Odds, Over LA Kings, Ducks

The San Jose Sharks are coming off the most successful season in franchise history, having reached the Stanley Cup for the first time.

The team came up just short, falling to Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins in six games.

The Blackhawks and Penguins, winners of five of the last eight Cups, share the best odds at 9/1 each.

Tampa Bay and Washington follow closely at 10/1, and Dallas at 12/1.

But the Sharks are in the top grouping, and the rival Kings and Ducks trail with 16/1 odds.
