Most "cameraphones" are cellphones with crappy cameras on board.
Those cameras are getting better, but they still can't compete with stand-alone shooters. Not so with the LG L-03C.
This cameraphone clearly puts the camera before the phone, with a 12.1MP image sensor on board that looks like it's got more in common with higher-end point and shoots than the dinky sensor on most phones. Sure, the phone itself seems to get a little lost here, and it's much bulkier than most phones, but if you're looking to carry around just one device, this should take care of business.
It's coming out in Japan now with no word on a Stateside release.
