Apple has recently been gobbling up new office space in the South Bay, but that's not all.
Multiple sources told San Francisco Business Times that the company has signed a lease on 76,000 square feet of office space at 235 Second Street in the SoMa District of San Francisco.
Much of 235 Second Street is currently leased by CBS Interactive for offices of companies such as CHOW and CNET.
Apple so far hasn't commented publicly.
