Murdoch to Unveil 'The Daily' at SFMOMA: Report

Next week two of the world's most recognizable -- and successful -- moguls may climb on stage at San Francisco Museum of Modern Art to launch ... a newspaper, according to Yahoo's Cutline blog.

And that newspaper launch could either answer or merely stoke the iPad2 rumor mill.

Rupert Murdoch's new journalism venture, The Paper, will launch on January 19, according to reports, on Steve Jobs' iPad. The Paper has been on a hiring binge, grabbing journos from the New York Post, Politico, NBC, New Yorker and Forbes.

Some, referring to the edition as a tabloid, report that Murdoch is willing to sink $30 million into the project.
