“ManServants,” New SF Startup, Promises to Cater to Whoever Pays Them

They're calling it the luxury every woman or gay guy deserves.

It's a new Bay Area website called "ManServants."

The service offers the opportunity to hire men for things like pouring your champagne, holding your umbrella or escorting you to a club. Or if you so desire, feed you grapes.

"ManServants" promises the man you choose will not be a stripper or gigolo.

“It’s completely PG,” co-founder Dalal Khajah, who works at ad agency AKQA, told Mashable. “We have a very strict code of conduct and a very rigorous training process.”

They also promise the men have "good breeding" and have gone through background checks and an interview process.

The startup is currently auditioning bartenders, chefs, photographers, DJs, actors, models, musicians, and hot pool boy types for man servant roles.

Expect to pay at least $80 an hour if you are interested in hiring one. The people behind the service hope to open for business in September.
