SF Office Rents Expected to Hit $76 Per Square Foot by 2019: Cushman & Wakefield

Premium San Francisco office space is currently priced at an all-time high and predicted to keep soaring over the next three years.

Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield noted that full-service office space in San Francisco is expected to rise from a current record-breaking asking price of $66.71 to $76 per square foot.

J.D. Lumpkin, an executive director for Cushman & Wakefield, told San Francisco Business Times that the eventual market slowdown after the continued rise will resemble more of a "slower bleed" than the rapid bursting of a bubble.
