Wiccan Witches, Mystics Provide Silicon Valley With Tech Support

Psychics, mystics and witches are providing Silicon Valley with a supernatural form of tech support.

"Most people want me to protect their computers from viruses and hacks," Reverend Joey Talley, a Wiccan witch based in Marin, told SF Weekly, "so I'll make charms for them. I like to use flora."

But Talley also works with companies to alleviate issues ranging from haunted offices to bugged computer networks.

According to her website, "Issues too unusual or dangerous to take to the straight world of Western helpers are comfortably resolved with Reverend Joey's personalized Wicca help. No problem is too big, too small, or too weird. Resistant conditions and bizarre symptoms are welcome."

Private appointments are $200 per hour and apprenticeships are available.
