A woman who claims she just celebrated her 130th birthday says she is the oldest person in the world -- but she may not make it into the record books.
If Sahan Dosova, of Kazakhstan, is as old as she claims to be she actually predates the invention of the birth certificate.
Dosova's birth date -- March 27, 1879 -- is listed on her passport and identity card but she has no official birth certificate, AOL News reported.
The Guinness Book of World Records cannot officially recognize her as the oldest living human being without official proof and documentation.
The current record-holder for oldest living person is a French woman named Jeanne Calment who died at the age of 122 in 1997.
