‘Dog Yoga:' Hundreds Gather in Hong Kong to Break World Record

Hundreds of people and their furry friends attempted to break a "dog yoga" world record in Hong Kong on Sunday.

Led by "doga" teacher Suzette Ackerman, 270 participants massaged, twisted and stretched their furry friends in a series of poses.

The record-breaking attempt has yet to be confirmed by the Guinness World Records people, but organizers were confident they had done it.

All proceeds from the Hong Kong Event are going to the Hong Kong Guide Dog Association.

"I feel really, really good," said participant Susan Chan. "It's kind of a really close relationship with my dog, getting close to him, and the heart to heart. I like it."

The previous record for largest "doga" class was set in San Diego on Jan. 25, 2015, with 265 people and their pups turning up.
