Someone hacked an electronic message board on Interstate 80 in Dixon and left a message for President Trump.
A KCRA viewer sent in a photo Thursday night of the hacked sign that read, “Trump has herpes.”
This is not the first time a construction sign has been reprogrammed.
In recent months, a Caltrans sign in Napa was hacked in July and read, “caution Asian drivers.”
