For at least the sixth time since November, a portable toilet was
set ablaze near Russian Hill in San Francisco Saturday night, according to the

    Police Department.
The fire was reported just after 9 p.m. at Jackson and Franklin
    streets, a police officer said.

On Tuesday, the Fire Department warned construction workers about
an arsonist and asked them to keep the toilets locked and out in the open to
prevent damage to surrounding objects. They are also asked to report any
suspicious activity to the police department at 415-553-0123.

Fire Lt. Mindy Talmadge did not have details about other patterns
to the arsons or suspect information after an incident in the 1500 block of
    Vallejo on Dec. 6.

The fires have not injured anyone and remain under investigation.
