Rejection is hard to take. But a California man is facing prison time for his reaction to being told no at a tattoo parlor.

The Pacific Grove man wanted offensive image of President Barack Obama on his chest but the artist refused so the man returned with a vengeance -- in the form of a Molotov cocktail.

Nathan Augustine asked the body artist at Creative Visions tattoo parlor in Monterey to ink a swastika and an image of Obama overlaid with crosshairs, Deputy District Attorney Douglas Matheson said. The artist refused and Matheson went back and threw a Molotov cocktail at the parlor.

The incident happened in July but Augustine was in court this week. He pleaded no contest to arson and will be sentenced to seven years in prison in March.
