Plant Trees for Lunar New Year at MLK Jr Shoreline Feb 2

View Comments ()

Celebrate the beginning of a new lunar cycle and plant native seedlings for a fruitful spring! With only one more month to go to reach our goal of planting 25,000 plants by March, we have plenty of native species still awaiting their new home by the Bay. Please come out and lend a hand!  The Chinese believe trees represent a new beginning and growth, volunteer and help plant trees and insure good luck in the new year and future!
