Calling all Dog Walkers and Animal Lovers-

The Healdsburg Animal Shelter is looking for volunteers to fill a variety of needs. Volunteers are needed in a number of areas including helping with events, answering the phone, walking dogs, cat cuddling and assisting with shelter maintenance tasks. The shelter is dedicated to the welfare of small animals in the City of Healdsburg.

It strives to make lifelong matches between stray and otherwise surrendered animals with compassionate individuals and families. The shelter’s services include animal control, adoption, medical care for sheltered animals, and behavioral assessment and training of sheltered dogs. For more information, visit www.healdsburgshelter.org. If you’re an animal lover and interested in volunteering with cats, dogs, bunnies and hamsters, contact Jamie Winters at Jamie@healdsburgshelter.org or phone 707-431-3386.
