Deadhead Roses

The Heritage Rose Garden is maintained by volunteers only.

They had a great bloom in Spring and now there are more than 3000 rose plants that need deadheading (cut dead roses) in order to promote more bloom all summer, and until September.  They can only do this project with extra volunteer hands.

Join fellow Bay Area Proud volunteers on June 9, 2009 in San Jose to lend a hand!
