    Firefighters are struggling to gain the upper hand on the so-called Rim fire which is burning in several directions. The fire has burned more than 129,000 acres or 200 square miles. Containment is now at 7 percent, up just a bit from 5 percent earlier today. NBC Bay Area's Monte Francis reports from Tuolumne County with the latest.
