The president may be visiting to Facebook free of charge on April 20, but it is going to cost a lot more for other people to see him.
The San Francisco Chronicle says the president will attend a campaign fundraising dinner that night hosted by Salesforce.com CEO Marc Benioff. The price tag? $35,800 per person.
A cool $5,000 will be split evenly between Obama's primary and general election campaign fund. The rest will go to the Democratic National Committee. Attendees will get to talk briefly with the president and get a photo to remember the visit.
Earlier in the day, President Obama will attend a more affordable fundraiser at the Masonic Auditorium. Tickets range from $25 to $2,500.
