Fremont 4th of July Parade

On Friday, July 4, 2014, thousands of people will watch the star spangled excitement of creative floats, specialty units, marching musical units and guest celebrities! This patriotic parade will start at 10:00 a.m. sharp and is expected to take just under two hours to pass spectators along route starting at the Fremont Main Library.

This year's Grand Marshal is Zac Soares. A young boy that was diagnosed with a rare muscle disease called Dermatomyositis back in 2007. Since then he has spent his time educating others on the disease and being a normal kid.

Fremont 4th of July is also looking for a local superstar to kick off the parade with the National Anthem.  If you or someone you know can sing the Star Spangled Banner a cappella, have them submit an audition video to auditions@fremont4th.org by June 15. They will all be reviewed and the top ones will be chosen for final judging.
