NAACP to host African American History Month Flag Raising

The San Jose / Silicon Valley NAACP Chapter will be celebrating the Second Annual African American History Month Flag Raising Ceremony on Friday, February 15th, 2013. Councilmember Ash Karla will co-sponsor the event, set to begin at 5:00pm, and will feature the San Jose State Gospel Choir, special guests Ron Davis, Tommie Smith, and John Carlos.
