Register for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in the Bay Area before September 25, 2016! This isn’t just your average race, it’s the fight against one of the most common cancers in women. Together along with six other affiliates in California, Komen San Francisco Bay Area is working to address breast cancer disparities and to help find a cure! So help support this cause for someone you know, someone you admire, and someone you love.
Race will open at 6:30am at Justin Herman Plaza/The Embarcadero. Sign up for the early bird registration as discounted prices will end soon. Your registration gets you to the start line, but your support helps Komen SF Bay Area be one step closer to finding a cure!

Race Day Registration opens at Justin Herman Plaza, across the Embarcadero from The San Francisco Ferry Building
Donations and Fundraising contributions turned in at the Pledge Tent in the Registration Area.
• 8:45 am
Runners/Walkers proceed to Start Line on the Embarcadero, in between Justin Herman Plaza and The San Francisco Ferry Building.
Chip-timed runners line up at Start Line in front of non-timed participants.
• 9:00 am
Chip-timed 5k Run begins
• 9:05 am
on-timed 5k Walk and 1 Mile Fun Walk begins.

Survivor Tribute Ceremony and Award Presentation
Award ceremony times are approximate; the Survivor Tribute Ceremony will begin once all survivors and their families and friends have completed the course.
