Need an excuse to go out to Livermore Wine Country? Volunteer to help in the Livermore Half Marathon! They are looking for people to help out before and during the marathon. Volunteer positions are open for set up and tear down of the event, positioning runner and water stops on the course during the marathon, and passing out metals and awards afterwards. Spend the day cheering on runners and enjoying the beautiful scenery around you.
Additional volunteer information:
- Volunteers will be provided with parking passes to the event lot, and will be shuttled to location where they will need to check in with the volunteer manager by their shift time.
- Volunteers will be given a volunteer t-shirt, food and access to the concert before or after their shift.
- We are working on an incentive if anyone would like to work a double shift (ie the course and the festival)
- Additional details will be given out closer to the event
