Ken McNeely, President of AT&T California, is responsible for all of AT&T's regulatory, legislative, government and external affairs activities in California, including the company's philanthropic initiatives such as AT&T Aspire. The national AT&T Aspire program was launched last year to help strengthen student success and workforce readiness.
