Project Inspire Academic Tutoring Hour

Join us and other Bay Area Proud volunteers for “Project Inspire”. The goal of this project is to improve academic achievement and provide students with the opportunity to earn credit recovery within an after-school setting and provide a wide-range of services and activities to students enrolled within the East Side Union High School District in order to build developmental assets.
The services include, but are not limited to: Academic Assistance using the AVID Tutorial Model, Life Skills Enrichment Classes, Fitness, Mentorship, Self-Expression via The Arts, Field Trips, Leadership Development Opportunities, and Service-Learning Projects.
Project Inspire currently serves Overfelt High School, James Lick High School, Yerba Buena High School, and Andrew Hill High School.

Type of Work: Academic Tutoring (especially in the subject of math)

Items to Bring: Possibly a pencil and note paper, but not required

Additional Fees: TB test fee will be the responsibility of volunteer
