Principal at Santa Rosa High institutes controversial new parking policy

Seniors at Santa Rosa High School are in an uproar. 

For the first time ever, their coveted reserved parking spots are being awarded based on standardized test scores from last spring.   If they scored high or showed significant improvement on the Standardized Testing and Reporting (STAR) program, they got one of 50 spots reserved for seniors.
